- Shared transfers are available from central locations in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed Road)
- Infants are not allowed for dune bashing and must be accompanied by a guardian
- Pregnant women and guests with back problems are not advised to join dune bashing
- No heavy luggage is allowed during the safari
- Shisha is not allowed for guests under 16 years old
- Eating, drinking, and smoking inside vehicles is not allowed
- No refunds for partially used services
