1. General
By booking any service with our company, the client agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
The company reserves the right to modify any part of the itinerary or cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Booking and Payment
Bookings must be made in advance with full and accurate personal details.
A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking, depending on the service.
Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or cash (for local clients).
Final confirmation will only be provided after receipt of full payment.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refund eligibility varies based on the service booked:
Visa services: Non-refundable once submitted to immigration.
Air tickets: Subject to airline cancellation rules and fees.
Hotel bookings & tours: Refunds depend on cancellation notice period (typically 72 hours before service).
No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.
4. Visa Services
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of UAE immigration authorities.
The company is not responsible for delays, rejections, or any consequences resulting from immigration decisions.
Clients must provide genuine and accurate documentation. Any false information may lead to rejection without refund.
5. Travel Documents
Clients must ensure that they have valid travel documents, including passports (minimum 6 months validity), visas, and required permits.
The company is not responsible for passengers denied boarding or entry due to incomplete documentation.
6.Health & Safety
Please inform us of any medical conditions or physical limitations at the time of booking.
Travelers must comply with local UAE laws and regulations.
7. Insurance
We recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical, personal liability, and trip cancellation.
8. Responsibility and Liability
The company acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and transport providers. We are not liable for losses, delays, injuries, or damages caused by third parties.
Clients must follow local UAE laws, customs, and regulations.
Misconduct or unlawful behavior during tours may result in removal from the service without refund.
9. Transportation and Tours
Vehicles are insured and operated by licensed drivers.
Delays due to traffic or weather are beyond our control.
Clients must arrive on time for tours and transfers. Late arrivals may result in missed services without refund.
10. Force Majeure
The company is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by natural disasters, weather, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.
11. Conduct & Behavior
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any traveler causing disruption or posing safety concerns.
No refund will be given in such cases.
12. Privacy Policy
Personal information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used solely for booking and service purposes.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
